Tras
el precedente de Bulgaria, que fue el primer País de la Unión Europea
en declarar abiertamente el contacto con Inteligencia Extraterrestre,
desde el pasado 14 de Junio, a iniciativa de Mario Borghezi, y otros 17
miembros del Parlamento Europeo, están tramitando el Texto de
Declaración Oficial de Desclasificación de la Inteligencia
Extraterrestre, en el marco de la Unión Europea.
La Declaración establece :
“1. Considera necesaria la creación de un centro científico para el
análisis y la difusión de los datos científicos reunidos hasta la fecha
por diversos organismos y gobiernos europeos.
“2. Pide que todos los archivos públicos sobre ovnis se abran y
que los registros sean desclasificados por los Estados miembros,
que los ofrezcan al público y los medios de comunicación con acceso a
toda la gama de documentación sobre el tema;
“3. Encarga a su Presidente que transmita la presente Declaración,
junto con los nombres de los firmantes, al Consejo, la Comisión y los
Gobiernos.

Written declaration on the declassification of documentation on UFOs
The European Parliament,
– having regard to Articles 4, 179, 180 and 189 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the
European Union,
– having regard to Rule 123 of its Rules of Procedure,
A. whereas in 1978 the 33rd General Assembly of the United Nations formally recognised
UFOs as a valid issue,
B. whereas in 1993 a resolution drafted by the Italian physicist Tullio Regge and seeking to
extend to European level the investigative remit of what was then the only government
body looking into UFOs (the SEPRA, which has now become the GEIPAN) was tabled in
Parliament,
C. whereas many members of the scientific community have been looking into the issue of
UFOs and have denounced the systematic covering-up of information on the subject,
D. whereas a study of the material collected by the governments of all the Member States
would have major scientific and technological spinoffs,
1. Considers it essential to set up a scientific centre for the analysis and dissemination of the
scientific data gathered to date by various European bodies and governments;
2. Calls for public archives on UFOs to be opened up and for records to be declassified by
the Member States, thus providing the public and the mass media with access to the full
range of documentation on the subject;
3. Instructs its President to forward this declaration, together with the names of the
signatories, to the Council, the Commission and the governments of the Member States.

Ovnis NASA...
La música del vídeo se titula "Amanecer" de E. Grieg, una obra
compuesta en 1875 para la obra de teatro Peer Gynt, que describe un
amanecer en el desierto del Sahara (y no un fiordo de Noruega como
muchos piensan). Una versión para mi gusto un poco hortera... -podéis mutearla y no se pierde nada-
